Prescription Verification For US Customers Only

To provide our customers with the best possible care and service, we have implemented a certification system that complies with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Law (FCLCA) and regulations for US customers. Under the FCLCA, we are required to verify contact lens prescription.

We offer an easy way to verify your contact lens prescription during the checkout process.

  • The best is to upload a copy of your valid prescription.
  • Or,  we can verify your prescription directly from your eye doctor.

How does it work?

1. Upload a copy of your prescription.
You can provide a copy of a valid prescription issued by your eye doctor. You can scan your written prescription or take a picture. A record will be kept when the receipt is uploaded. You can always check out without having to upload it again. Providing an invalid or incorrect prescription may result in cancellation of your order.

2. Enter the contact information.
Please provide us with the necessary information, name, email address and phone number of your eye care professional. We will contact your eye care professional and verify the accuracy of the prescription. Your eye care professional has eight business hours to respond (extended to the immediate working day upon weekends or public holidays). If your eye care professional does not respond within the required time, the prescription is verified automatically, and we may process and ship your order.
