Return and Refund Policy
Our policy regarding returns and refunds is as follows:
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, you may do so by contacting our customer service at info@blushyeyes.com within 1 hour of completing payment. Please provide your order number, contact information, and reasons for cancellation. We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 15 business days.
Return Refund Policy:
If your order has already been processed, we offer a return and refund service under the following conditions:
- Please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the package to request a return.
- Items must be non-prescription, unopened, undamaged, and in good condition. We cannot accept items that have a prescription or have been opened, used, damaged, or expired.
- To initiate a return, please provide your order information, tracking number, and reason for return.
- Please send the returned items to the designated address within 5 days of confirming with customer service.
- Once we receive the returned items and verify that they meet our requirements, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.
Return/Exchange Fee:
Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties, and tariffs associated with the order are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges
