Once you place your order, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process it. After that, the parcel will be dispatched to carriers.

Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the carrier to update your tracking number. We will only send out email notifications with shipping information when the tracking number is available.

If you realize that you have provided the wrong shipping information, please contact our customer service at info@blushyeyes.com within 2 hours of completing payment. However, we cannot redirect the parcel to another shipping address once it has been shipped, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

In case your parcel is marked as “lost” or “missing,” please contact our customer service immediately.
